A wonderful stay with a fantastic location just a short walk to the city center. The staff provided exceptional hospitality, even accommodating our needs for a larger room when traveling with a young baby, which made feeding so much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, although the lack of ice was a slight inconvenience. A nearby Tesco helped us manage this issue effortlessly.

the location is really beautifull n quiet, just a short walk from the city center. the place is super clean and has a nice charm to it. the hosts were super friendly and even kept my bag for me when i had a late flight. also, there was lots of info about scotland for travel which was cool. great value for money, def recommend!
the shared bathroom could get a bit busy at times. also, the room was kinda dated with too much floral decor.

The family room was spacious and accommodating for our group of three, complemented by friendly and helpful staff who arranged a late check-out without issues. A nice touch was the presence of biscuits and treats, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Although there were no breakfast options available, nearby eateries were recommended, making it convenient to bring food back to the room.

charming traditional architecture, clean public spaces, warm atmosphere
The bathroom is cramped and in desperate need of a larger sink and better ventilation!!! The flat screen TV seems outdated compared to modern standards. More storage space in the rooms would greatly enhance the stay!!!

Great choice for a holiday in Edinburgh with high value for money. The owner went out of their way to help us with parking our cars. If you're driving, let them know early about your parking needs.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the local bars and the gorgeous old town. The family room was spacious and just what we needed. Staff were friendly and even let us check out late. A nice touch was the biscuits waiting for us in the room. Definitely a place to return!
The bathroom needed some updating. It was a bit cramped for our group, making it tough during morning rush hours.
